So my friend Christine who runs BridalTweet tells me that handmade is all the rage in weddings today. I thought I'd see what was out there and help all the blushing brides to be sort through the cluttered space. I'll be posting a number of my favorite wedding finds over the next few days (or weeks depending on my schedule and Baby O's sleep).
How can you have a wedding without an engagement? You really can't unless you're in Vegas. So here are two lovely rings I've found by etsy artist Laurie Sarah Designs. One is a traditional, but inspired , diamond ($4,999) and the other has a Peridot as its center stone ($3,325). Those who know me and have seen my engagement ring know I'm partial to colorful stones. This one is breathtaking. And if you're thinking engagement rings are too expensive a purchase to make online, one glance at her feedback will assure you that she's the real deal.
